Terms of Service

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Important: ComplyKit runs automated accessibility tests, and automated tests find only part of the accessibility issues on a site. ComplyKit is not legal advice and does not certify that any website complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the European Accessibility Act (EAA), Section 508, EN 301 549 or any other law or standard.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Franco Banina, based in Argentina ("we", "us"), for the use of the ComplyKit Chrome extension and this website ("ComplyKit"). By installing or using ComplyKit you accept them. If you use ComplyKit for a company, you confirm that you can accept them on its behalf. Contact: zndevs@outlook.com.

2. What ComplyKit does and does not do

ComplyKit checks web pages against automated rules based on WCAG 2.2 level AA, using the open-source axe-core engine. It marks issues on the page, explains them, maps them to WCAG and EN 301 549 criteria, exports PDF reports and creates text prompts you can paste into AI tools.

ComplyKit does not:

A score, a report with no issues or any other result does not mean a site is accessible or compliant. Fix suggestions and AI prompts may be wrong or incomplete; review and test every change before you use it.

3. Plans

Free: up to 2 scanned pages per day, with the features shown in the extension.

Pro: a one-time payment of US$49, plus taxes where they apply, unlocks the Pro features. It is not a subscription. Features may change over time, and we do not promise any specific future feature. Pro is sold by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, which handles payment, taxes and receipts; its buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ComplyKit under these terms. A Pro license key can be active on up to 3 devices at a time, used by you or by one person in your organization. You can deactivate a device to move the key to another one.

You may not share, resell or publish license keys; get around the free plan limit or the license check; copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the extension, except as the law or an open-source license allows; or use ComplyKit to break the law or to scan sites you are not allowed to access.

ComplyKit includes open-source software, such as axe-core (Mozilla Public License 2.0), which is licensed under its own terms.

5. Your reports

You own the reports you create and your branding, and you may deliver white-label reports to your clients. You are responsible for what you tell them: keep the disclaimer included in every report, and do not present a ComplyKit report as a legal certification. You confirm you have the right to use any logo and name you add.

6. Privacy

How ComplyKit handles data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

COMPLYKIT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT COMPLYKIT WILL WORK ON EVERY SITE OR CHROME VERSION.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR CLIENTS; OR FOR CLAIMS, PENALTIES OR LEGAL COSTS RELATED TO THE ACCESSIBILITY OF ANY WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR COMPLYKIT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer in the country where you live.

9. Indemnity

If you use ComplyKit for your business, you agree to cover our reasonable costs arising from claims by your clients or other third parties about reports or statements you gave them, or about your breach of these terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using ComplyKit at any time by uninstalling it. We may disable a license key that was shared, resold, refunded, charged back or used in breach of these terms. We may stop offering or updating ComplyKit; if we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice on this site before license activation stops working.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. We will announce material changes on this site and in the release notes. If you keep using ComplyKit after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in its courts.

13. General

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement about ComplyKit.
