Refund Policy
14-day refund: if ComplyKit Pro is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
1. Who sells ComplyKit Pro
ComplyKit Pro is a one-time payment of US$49, plus taxes where they apply. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record: it is the seller on your receipt, and it handles payments and refunds.
2. How to get a refund
Within 14 days of purchase, do one of these:
- email zndevs@outlook.com with your order number or the email you used to buy, or
- reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
The refund goes back to the original payment method and includes the taxes charged. Lemon Squeezy usually processes it within a few days; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
3. After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases are generally final. We will still review cases where Pro does not work as described and we cannot fix it, and duplicate charges made by mistake.
4. What happens to the license
When a refund is issued, the license key is disabled and the extension returns to the free plan. Your local data (history, branding and settings) stays on your device.
5. EU and UK consumers
EU and UK consumers have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content, this right can end once delivery starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. Our 14-day refund applies anyway, so you keep at least the same protection.
6. Chargebacks
Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: a refund is faster. A chargeback disables the license key.
7. Scope
ComplyKit runs automated tests and does not certify legal compliance (see our Terms of Service). This policy covers your purchase of ComplyKit; it is not a guarantee about the accessibility or legal status of any site you audit.
