Questions

Does ComplyKit make a site compliant with the ADA or the EAA?

No. Automated testing finds about a third of accessibility issues. ComplyKit shows you where to start and gives you a clear report, but it doesn't certify compliance and it isn't legal advice. Pair it with a manual review.

Is my client's site uploaded anywhere?

No. The scan runs inside your browser and results stay on your computer. The only thing ComplyKit sends is your license key, to check it with our payment provider. See the privacy policy.

Which sites can I scan?

Any page you can open in Chrome, including staging sites behind a login. Chrome doesn't allow extensions on its own pages or the Chrome Web Store.

What's in a fix prompt?

The rule, the WCAG reference, the exact HTML that fails and its computed styles, with instructions to keep the design. It works with any AI coding tool.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within the window described in the refund policy. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
